Do i need to complete One year to Change profession in Current Visa.. ?

I want to change my Profession in RP for apply for family visa. My current Profession mentioned as Draftsman but i am an Engineer and i have attested education certificates.
But my Company PRO(Mandoob) saying that i have to complete one year with current visa to apply for this.
Is that true...?
any body got change their profession before complete one year of your 1st Visa.
Please advice.......

Changing your profession to your RP can only be done after completing one year..
