do i need to get NOC when i leave my job while on probationary period, and i have no id and contract yet?

I am more 2months (but less than 3months) working here in Qatar. I believed im still on probationary period, but i want to resigned and transfer to another company. Does it mean i need to get NOC first before i can transfer even if i dont have my ID and i haven't sign the contract yet? Please help me on this.

I already talked to my boss and he told me that he will give me NOC. Is there any law here in Qatar regarding on the transfer of work visa? If so, please give some idea.

If there is still no visa stamped on your passport (RP), you dont need an NOC....but need another visa to re-enter for sure.

if u resign, how do u know ur sponsor will allow u to transfer, most likely u will be asked to leave the country.
