Do Married Women Need a Work Permit To Work?

If a woman is here under her husband's sponsorship, are there any rules? A previous post said that you have to go to the Ministry and get a work permit and take a letter of no objection. Is that the case? Or can women just work casually without doing this? Any info gratefully received.

it was common until recently for women to work without any permit in the last year the rules became more strict and for certain companies especially the important ones they were told to have permit of work for all there workers.

Yes the need like everyone else if they formally accept a job. Their job provider should help them.
