I am working in backstabing company from June, I want to resign and to join other company.It's possible to change company with NOC from current sponsor or not? Any Restriction? I residence permit till JUNE-2016 and is any ban on re-entry to doha for new job. I'm having NOC From current sponsor.
1. Application
2. NOC from the employer
3. Attested certificate from Delhi and foreign affairs
4. Arabic translation of certificate
5. Old Labor Contract
6. New labor contract (3 set without attestation)
7. Bank Statement (6 Months)
8. Passport Copy
9. ID Copy
10. Company Computer card copy
If your visa is of Manager or Engineer post u need to be have done all degree certificates attested by your MOFA and submit to Qatar Embassy. If your fail to do that withing 3 months of your arrival it will change the profession by default and other profession will be added mutually by your company.
