Hi,

I am a Pakistani citizen and working in Saudi Arabia. I will be moving from Saudi Arabia to Doha on a work visa. In order to bring my family do I need to do the attestation of my educational certificates and marriage agreement attestation from Qatar embassy in Pakistan or will Qatar accept the Saudi government attestation?

Please respond.

Attestation from the country where you have studied and got married will be required from the ministry of foreign affairs and also from the state ministry and Qatar embassy. Its better you get it done through an agent as it will be an easy and fast process. If you want you can get it done in Qatar as well as there are some agents here as well (you can search in google), however in Qatar you will end up paying more. once its all done you will then have to get them attested in the ministry of foreign affairs in qatar. if u go by yourself there is a nominal charge of 20QAR.

You need to attest it from Pakistan Embassy in Qatar or if it is attested by Pakistan Embassy in KSA, you need only to get it attested here in Qatar from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Qatar. Thats all

you can attest the certificate from Qatar embassy in Pakistan or from Qatar itself. Before submitting it to Qatar embassy you have to get it attested from your country's external affairs.

you have to get attestation separately for Qatar.
