Hi one of my friend is working in a cleaning company for around 3 months, they say the employer is not providing the needed, recently they met with an accident but the employer did not send them to the hospital,

is it legal here in Qatar ?
to whom they can complain and how they complain ?

TRY NEGOTIATING WITH EMPLOYER OR LEAVE AND COMEBACK OR GET NOC

U CANT CHANGE A BAD PERSON, NO MATTER WHAT
