How is it possible to enter UAE with employment visa having valid Qatar employment visa and resident permit?

If your question is entering UAE while you are working in Qatar means, as other two friends told you can get Visa on arrival depending upon your profession shown in QID.

Or your question is going to UAE without cancellation of Work Visa/Residence Permit in Qatar?

If your visa status is of doctor, engineer, professor, lawyer, teacher or manager then you will get the UAE visa on arrival..

you have to apply a uae visa or if your profession in your qid is listed for visa on arrival.btw, dont forget to buy plane ticket. without that, you cannot go to uae.
