Exit with NOC

My friend found a better job and the company is willing to hire her. Her present company is willing to give her NOC but problem is they want to cancel her visa first and not transfer directly to new sponsor (don't know what's the logic of this procedure). New sponsor though is willing to send her work visa once she exits Qatar, so definitely she can come back. My friend has an outstanding bank loan. QUESTION IS, if the sponsor now cancels her visa, can she leave Qatar? Will she not face any problem in the immigration? She is by the way has a good credit standing and never failed to pay her monthly amortization.

Thanks for the reply. Now I understand why they want to cancel her visa and just give NOC, she worked only 7 months for the company. Then maybe good luck is on her side. As she got the loan from the bank during her previous employer (not this one now as she is already on her 4th year with the loan, one more year and done!!!), then maybe her company will not bother reporting to the bank about her exit. She can leave peacefully then and be back the soonest!

if company cancel visa without informing bank, then she can exit Qatar and enter through another visa by a new sponsor.

Or her best option is to get a guarantor for her loan so even if she inform (or the company informed the bank) she can still go and return with a new visa (as long as she has an NOC).
