Dear friends, I have been working here last 4 months. I have completed my probation period before one month. My company sponsored me from my country. Now I want to resign from the job and need to go my country because I am not mentally fit working here. So what can I do? If the company not give me the exit permit what can I do? Please help me ?

Hai Mr.Anish Rajan, pls don't take this as advise, be cool and do your job and try to set your mind thinking of how to come up in life if you have not made any mistake against your present company.today in our country getting job is very difficult.think more than twice before taking any steps. there will be bright future in your life, don't worry. still u want to quit and go you may have to bear all the expenses spend for you think..... god bless you

Actually its the problem of some since the before, you can't do anything if you really are not happy with your job right now, my advice is try to apply outside qatar if you can find better this time of recession thats it.

Most likely they will ask you to reimburse their expenses on bringing you here such as Visa, Residence Permit issue and probably airticket. Then they can let you go… Nobody gonna keep you here forcibly...

why did you finish your RP, since you were unhappy here? Or this "mental unfitness" occurred right after RP issuing??

weird people..
