My Husband is working as a service engineer in qatar. But his profession as Foremen.And also, the salary is 12,000 plus family accomadation. I want to know, My husband is eligible for applying family permanant visa in qatar.

I think you can get the profession changed providing your certificates (degree or diploma) . after that you can apply for family residence visa.

he can apply but you will not get permanent visa. foreman visa not eligible to apply family visa you can do some alibaba work, mean some agent is there you can approach directly with alibaba person.
