My family RP is expiring on 16-03-2012, is it possible to renew the RP in mid of December 2011 (three months before of RP expire) as my children are studying in India and I'm planning to bring them in X'mas holidays to avoid missing of their class.
yes, you should be able to renew the RP in advance. the date of the new visa will be counted from the pervious RP. Immigration is not stamping the new RP sticker over the old one. Atleast this is what happend to me and my family. why are they saving on the passport page. did not make sense.
