Family RP Renewal Query

Thanks for the responses. Actually they did not take the passport or the renewal form and just took the photocopies of existing RP. It's really tough to communicate if someone doesn't know Arabic but anyways I am again going to go there tomorrow and try again.

I renewed my son visa last week, they did it same time for me, why you did not ask them the reason for hold passport for 5 days?

This is not a surprise, there is no proper rules here at all of their government offices. The rules differs and you may be deceived if you don't speak arabic. Better to seek help from agents outside and pay for their service, but atleast you will get your job done.

First time RP issued once with 5 year or 2 year approval after this period you should under go automatically for getting another approval.
