Last time i applied for my wife and daughter family visa it got rejected 2 - 3times, i am having salary above 10k + but its not a bank transfer, it is a cash voucher payment. Is there any posibility to apply again for family visa with these documents, my designation is Procurement Manager.

that is the reason why your application is being rejected not only once but twice... you need to submit 6-month bank statement of your salary as one of the basic requirements... without this certainly your application for family visa will never be approved...
