How true that the case of applying visa for kid born here is diffrent from the kid who born in their country?

My child was born here last december then I am waiting for her passport to be released in next week but my problem is my salary is not in to the limit and my visa also is foreman.

I have just been through this process and nearly out the other side. I also work for HMC so you don't need all the usual docments everyone else does, immigration at Hamad can give you the list you need, and you don't need to wait six months either because you only need your letter from immigration which states no objection and your salary details. I applied with a colleague, his was approved, mine rejected. No reason, just they had reached their quota of approving visas. I told them I could not wait three weeks and wanted to know why it was rejected. I asked to speak to the captain, he helped some people but alas not me. I then went to the second floor and the second office on the left of the corrider. Knock and enter, this man can help you. Tell him your problem and he will take it to the director or tell you what the problem is. It didn't happen for me immediately I came back again to remind him, he then did it. You just stand in the line of people doing pretty much the same thing as you. Eventually I was told it was done and although my rejected status took a day to change it is now under process with a visa expiry date. I know from my friend's experience that tomorrow it should be approved and ready for printing. Don't wait, don't reapply, just keep going back to this man. I applied on 21st Dec and fingers crossed tomorrow I will have my daughters visa in my hand. It was tough but so worth it. Best of luck :)

same fate that happened to me! It seems that this government is limiting in giving visas. I also satisfied all the requirements but still. The problem with the immigration is that no one can really answer our questions. What went wrong with the application? I noticed that the two officers beside the door where not that accommodating at all. Well, we just need to reapply again. Forget about the interview, that wont happen!

Since last November they have changed application rules of family visa, they are requiring 6 months bank statement from local bank and before 1 month bank statement was working. So they might delay of releasing visas now.
