after 3 months family visit visa, can i get him another family visa right away to come back on the following month?

Sly, yes thats the new rule in not direct relative as wife-husband mother father son.. its only 3 months but u can still try by going to captain and asking more extention.

and if he exit qatar for u to apply for a new visit visa u will have to wait 3 months gap between the exit and reapply.

tahsinmim, it is valid for 3 months but you can extend it up to six months. There should be a gap of three months for applying another visit visa. If it is not direct relative the total validity including the extension is 3 months.

as per the PRO i spoke with, the family visit for brother inlaw (not immediate family) is valid only till 3 months. is it true?

that means there should be 3 months gap to get him another family visit visa?

he needs to be in the country till 18 dec but his visa is expiring on 16 november (after the 3 months family visit visa), what shoudl be the best option so he can stay till 18 december?

yes, 3 months gab between each visit. he can emediately after the 3 months finish.
