My family is in Qatar for last 7 months and the visit visa is going to expire on 23/10/2015. I am planning to send them outside Qatar and bring back in new visa.

Is it possible to apply for new visit visa on the same day they exit from Qatar?

if they exit on 18/10/2015 morning and the visa is actually valid till 23rd, can i still apply on 18th after they exit or i have to wait till 24th ?

can anybody give proper information on this please?

you could apply on the same day after they exit from the country no matter about the date as far as they exit.
