Hi everyone,

I would be grateful if you could answer my question. I want to know if I can apply for visit visa for my wife and brother in law at the same Time and what are the requirements. Do i need two letters of NOC from my company or is the NOC same as the one they gave me for my wife?

you can apply for your sister family visit visa but for your brother in law, i dont think so. family visit visa are only for those who has the same family name. since your brother in law does not have your family name unlike your sister wherein your family name is now her middle name, there is no chance to get a family visit visa for your brother in law.

Its important for you to apply for your wife's visa first and then you can go ahead applying for your brother visa
