Family Visit Visa for my Brother from Philippines
Hi... Maybe anyone can help with my queries. I'm planning get my brother for a family visit visa. I already have the requirements in applying for the Visa like NOC from company and others because I'm the one who will sponsor my brother.
Once I have the approved family visit visa,
> What are the other requirements needed for my brother that I need or we need to provide?
> Any requirements from our Embassy here in Doha that I need to apply or get?
> What are the possible requirements that our immigration in the Philippines will ask to my brother so he can pass the immigration smoothly?
> And most importantly is it possible to transfer the family visit visa into working visa?
> Is there any restriction now that will not allow to transfer to working visa?

A. Get the visa stamped on passport (sticker), at Qatar embassy in Philippines.
Requirements:
1. Filled-out Application form – for each visitor
2. Visa Notice – for each visitor
3. Original passport – all visitor
4. 2x2 picture white background (2 pcs.) – for each visitor
5. Affidavit of support – from Sponsor
6. Photocopy of all documents – A4 size only (not short/long) – for each visitor
7. Processing fee – by ATM or Credit Card (358.42 PHP each No Cash)
Location: Embassy of the State of Qatar, Block 4 Lot 6 Santiago St. Paseo De Magallanes, Brgy. Magallanes, 1232 Makati City, M. Manila, Philippines
From Mantrade MRT Station, cross the Foot Bridge under the Magallanes Interchange. Look for the Magallanes Village Barangay Hall. (Qatar Embassy is on the 3rd bldg. from the barangay hall). It is also at the left side of Eastwest Bank and Bank of Commerce.
Filing: Monday to Friday between 09:00H-10:00H (be early) – be there before 08:00H minsan mahaba pila.
Releasing: 3 working days from the date of filing between 13:00H-14:00H
B. Get Affidavit of support at Philippine embassy in Doha. - for Philippine Immigration
Requirements:
1. Salary Certificate
2. Duly filled form - signed with two witnesses
3. Copy of Sponsor's Qatar ID
4. Copy of Visitor's Approved visa
5. Visitor's Passport copy
6. Payment of 100 QR
Release on the same day. 1-2pm
Send the original affidavit of support to your brother - (as per my experience 3-days by DHL)
C. Transferring family visit visa to working visa - possible, Sponsor need only to issue NOC.
D. No idea if there is restriction for transfer
