hi everyone i just want to find out if my causen can apply family visit visa for me we have same middle name and hes on family visa meaning hes wife and kids are there. and now hes aking me for 1500qr for the processing fee wich i know family visit visa is only 200qr. is 1500qr enough or too much for family visit visa? im pilipino bdw. would really appreciate your reply.

Visa fee QR 200 every month for family visit.

You are right, visa fee is QR200, but if he is asking 1500 this is your call. If you are so desperate to come to Qatar then this is the only choice you have.
