France Visa / Schengen Visa - Documents ?

Did you try to go direct to embassy. because all my documents is ready for submit. and im planning to go this EId but the problem the appointment they dont have available date .

I checked in the website, it mentioned like we need to book appointment for Applying visa ?

Is that mandatory or can we go directly for applying visa ?

Because appointment date shows in August 14th. Which is nearly a 1 and half month from now.

Let me know if the appointment is not mandatory

Just got my france schengen multiple entry for 3 months few months ago. U need: 2 passport pics with white bckground, passport copy, 3 months bank statement stamped and signed showing your salary transfer and money in the bank. Flight and hotel booking, health insurance card from company, residence permit, certoficate of employment. 280 qr visa payment. Passport will stay woth them for 48 hrs. Very easy to apply and dnt forget to register yourself for a visa application appointment date online, print the confirmation letter and youre good to go.

i got all documents through alwatany.they can give you hotel vouchers which can be h/o to embassies

I applied for Schengen visa last year thru the embassy of Spain but my point of entry was France because I went to UK first and then took a ferry to France with my car. They did not ask me anything at the entry point. I mean people had told me that if you take the Schengen visa from a particular embassy, your point of entry should bein that country but that is not true.

As for applying for a visa, you just need a letter from your company stating your salary and then a bank statement and ofcourse a hotel booking which can be cancelled at a later date once you get the visa.. Piece of cake really.. Go ahead and apply.. won't be a problem.

There seems to be minimum amount that should be maintained in the bank for Schengen Visa.

Any idea about the minimum amount that should be maintained ?
