Hi Q'lers,
My friend got an h1b visa in 2008, However she could not goto the USA because her sponsoring employer terminated her from job.
Now she is working else where and she is planning for applying an H1b visa again next year 2011. Will her current visa stamped have any impact because she did not utilize the previous visa ? what reason should be given to the consular if they ask her why she din't use the previous visa ? Any body with similar experience can share their views ?

no problem with that... she can tell the story when the consul asks for it..if not, then just keep quiet about it.. what is important is ..everything is legal...
