Has anyone recently applied for Family visit visa?

I need few details on the documents required for family visit visa for spouse.
I see that "Attested Copies" of the original documents such as lease agreement, marriage certificate is required. A bit confused how and where to get attestation of a copy of an already attested original document.
Also, need information on any other document required such as Salary Cenrtificate needed or Employement contract is fine.

And the translation should be from the country oforigine or need to be done here in Qatar?
i brought my family on visit visa 2 months before only these documents are required.
1) Marriage certificate attested by " Qatar foreign office " located in "C" Ring Road before Al Emadi Building
2) Child birth certificate attested by " Qatar foreign office "
3) Company letter stating your salary and accomodation to be provided by company.
4) your QATAR ID CARD COPY
5) Passport copy of your wife and child
No need bank statement for visit visa .
No need Lease Agreement for visit visa
NO need Electricity bill for visit visa
Sir, as per rules, bank statement should be of at least 6 months but even 3 months is acceptably.

You said bank statement for atleast 3 months. That sounds new to me. my problem is i have completed just 2 months.
1)Salary of more than Qr. 10,000
2)Healthy singed and stamped bank statement for at least 3 months
3) Rental Agreement attested by Municipality.
4) NOC from company
5)Original education, marriage & children's birth certificate to be attested by MOFA but only photocopy should be submitted. No need to attest photocopy. Just for verification at the time of submitting,carry the original certificates also.
