Has two years BAN been removed for canceled visas?

At Qatar Airways,it has been informed that the two years BAN on canceled Visas has been effectively removed.Infact all of the employees has received an confirmed email from their imigration department.If it is not true then how come they propogate false information to their employees.

It wasn't removed, Qatar Airways will automatically issue NOCs to all employees.

If it is only for Qatar Airways employees then they would have mentioned in their email that it is for them only.
