Help Help ! Work Visa regulations

Dear Friends.... I need your help in a very important issue...
Please mention that i never entered Qatar lands in my whole life,i live and work in Lebanon
Back in June 2008,i had a job offer from a company in doha, and they got me a work visa (valid for six months, till 14 December 2008),but after few days negotiating,i quit travelling to doha and i stayed in Lebanon, after this,
Early November,i got a new job offer in Doha(new company),the company tried to get me a work visa, but it was rejected several times(because i have a work visa from the old company"offer" valid till 14 Dec 2008),
So,now we are waiting until the 15th of december to apply for the work visa AGAIN,
Will I HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN HAVING THE VISA THIS TIME ?
P.S I never been in Qatar Before..

Thank you for your reply..

you have two option:

1. Apply NOC from first company

2. wait after 2 years

Dont ask again and again!!

my understanding : it's your fault, visa issue means all negotiating complete and both party agree then employer issue work visa, if only interview they only issue visit visa valid for 1 month.

all consequences will be in your hand....you can obtain the visa till you got NOC from prev company...try dubai, abudhabi, etc..etc..this is not end of the world....plz don't replay/comment/asked anymore...read and understand..
