hi friends,
I came to qatar last monthe for an employment. But so far the company didnt apply for RP to get qatar ID. And company is about to close the company since it run at a loss.
my question is
if i shift to another company
1)is it required NOC for the next company
2)is it required to take the police clearance report for the next company
3) what r the ways that i can aproach to this.

I have the correct and genuine knowledge about NOC for visa purpose.
If smfaham exited from qatar he don't want to listen anybody,he can come back with another visa by the very next day without NOC, but if he is staying here and will try to get another company and he will not exit from here he need NOC.
Then here, Sreelankan nationalities need police clearence certificate along with their passport copy to apply for a new visa for them.So u are also not sure what u are saying.

don't listen to anybody. Since your RP is NOT stamped into your passport, you do not need NOC letter from your current company.
No need for Police clearance either, as police clearance is needed when you transfer sponsorship. And you are NOT.
What you need is to find another job, cancel your work visa with current company, to issue new work visa with new sponsor and to finish an RP with your new sponsor.
COLO, sorry, you have no idea about NOC either..
so guys, who are not professional, and not sure of what they are saying, please stay away from this type of threads. People are seeking help and professional advice, and finally they get some dilettant nonsense talk..

NOC required if u are joining another copany here without exiting the country.If u are go back to ur country and come back here ,then NOC is not required.
About police clearence certificate ...no idea...sorry.

my question is
if i shift to another company
is it required to get the police report agin for next visa(for our country,Police report is required for the visa).
But in your case, you have to talk with the management to allow you to join with other company with or without NOC since the company is about to close, you have to move fast don't wait for tomorrow. Good Luck!
not required NOC for join for the other companies in this situation.
