Hi, Want to know about my current visa transfer policy.
Hi, I had come to Doha in Work visit visa from one Qatari. Once I got the job I transfered sponcer and still working there since two years. On this condition if I want to change the current company, does current company reserve any right to ban me?
Also if new company is competitor of current company, will it make any difference?

First of all you make sure that you get an NOC from your present employer. Change of sponsorship, and work with a new sponsor all depends on the NOC. If you can not get an NOC, you can not do anything in this regard. Once you go on EXIT from your present employer, remember you are BANNED for two years entry in Qatar at the present circumstances. In fact, this ban is going to further extend for FIVE YEARS, but the COUNCIL has not yet approved this. Once this is implemented, its a ban of FIVE years for re-entry into Qatar.
