I think it's fine, we moved here a month ago and we still have our UAE residence visa, we're not planning on canceling it anytime soon so we can go back and forth to visit family, but so far no one has said anything to us in the airport or to my husband at his job. what kind of visa you have at the moment ? I dont see anthing wrong with it . I have visa in USA , UAE , India , China , Qatar and Egypt . i can enter those country anytime i want :)

yes you can have some thing call Dual Residence Permit. and your company can do that, but i dont thing for personal can get dual RP.
