I'm working Qatar and my sponcer company is not willing to cancel my visa.I worked for only 5 month.I got another offer from Abu Dhabi company.and therefore I wants to go Abu Dhabi and they will stamp me for Work visa.Will it be a problem when I take my working visa at Abu Dhabi?because of not cancelled my Qatar visa

If you dont have any criminal charges leveled against you in Qatar....it wont be a problem. Criminal Charges normally lead to a ban on entire GCC region.
