How can I obtain a Re-entry visa?

My wife is in Qatar on six-months family visit visa valid till August, and we're planning to visit the UAE next month. How can I obtain a re-entry visa for her, so that she can come back to Qatar? Where do I go and apply?

You have to go to Madina Khalifa Immigration office and get the form typed and submit and get it immediatley.

go to the immigration office. the re-entry visa form is available on the moi website (not 100% sure). There are typists always available at the immigration center to fill the forms for you.

i think it is called return visa application form.
