HELLO EVERYBODY
One of my Friend cancelled his visa and went to India four months ago, now he wants to come back via visit visa but the immigration officer asking the NOC from his old company, but the company mangement is not ready to give the noc. The company never put his name as blacklist in the system, but as per the new qatar law for visit visa also required old sponsr noc, so my question is that: In U.A.E we can remove the ban, if we ready to pay a certian fee, In Qatar, Is there any way or Option to remove the ban like in Dubai?. Or should he wait for two years to get Qarar visa? Thank you.

Wit 6 months and then he can come on visit but in any case an NOC shall be required from the old sponsor; even after 2 years to the best of my knowledge.

Dont go for illegal ways of buying a new paasport and stuff...

As in Qatar, if any one rpeort this, the person would be in jail for 15 years.

There is no way but

1.. wait for 2 years

2. Get NOC from the old employer

on my knowledge, i think there is none.. because laws here in qatar are somewhat different in dubai.. dubai immigration laws are better than here... anyways try to wait for other comments from other QL members. but one idea, ur firned can come back here using a family visa.. one of my friend done that.
