HOW TO CHANGE EMPLOYERS IN CASE OF NON AVAILABILITY OF NOC?

DANIELLI
By DANIELLI

I'm working in Qatar for nearly 3 years. My employer company, who is the sponsor, has sponsored family visa and pays me housing allowance. But due to escalating costs in qatar which is unmanageable, I'm forced to look out for better career options elsewhere in Mid-East. Since then tempting offers are being received from companies of repute within Qatar and I'm sure that My current employer will not give me NOC, alternatively, send me back to my home country immediately as soon as I start talking about it. Now the Question is:

Is it possible for me to leave this job and come back to Qatar in a new visa sponsored by new employer IMMEDIATELY?

Will the new employer be able to apply for a new visa, when I'm still in Qatar in the old sponsorship?

If not, what is the best way to do it?

I REQUEST SOME KIND HEARTED SOUL TO PROVIDE ME WITH BEST CASE SOLUTION.

Regards,

Dan

Sadaf, sorry but this is not accurate...

If his sponsor cancels his visa and terminate him, he has to stay 2 years out of Qatar, but if he just cancels the visa six monthes are enough for him.

If you have chances in Middle east other than Qatar than go for it or else stay with ur employer until further changes ...

You need to be outside the country for 5 years if the latest proposal is passed (2 years now).

without NOC and immidiate visa transfer to other employer is not possible..u have to wait atlest for 6 six months if you wish to work in qatar...also if ur employer cancel's ur RP u can always apply in other mid east countries other thn Qatar and here NOC is not required...

and if you wish to work in qatar...ask ur boss or immidiate leave go back to your home town stay there for 6mths...within 6mths ur RP will be shown exprired and thn new employer and apply for ur visa without NOC..

As far as anyone knows, you cannot change jobs here in Qatar without an NOC. If you don not have an NOC from your employer you will have to stay out of Qatar for at least 2 years.
