How to change profession in resident permit or visa?

dear all friends

I have Diploma in Civil Engineering , i coming in qatar as a Steel Fixer Foreman But before company give me visa as a Mason, (means my residency permit profession is Mason). without my company agreement is Foreman . now my problems around 1 years i am work in company office as a Draftsman & company already Changed my salary & position to draftsman. i have new agreement also from company now i want to change my residency permit , Qatar ID to Draftsman ? i request to company change my qatar id after company asked me bellow paper,

1) School Certificate

2) Old Contact paper

3) New Contact paper

4) 60 QR

they don't tell me detail so kindly anybody give me advice what kind of paper i will send to company ??

respected. i am also going to change my present profession from labor to chief accountant. primary stage i dont know overseas profession and so, i m working here Qatar more then 4 years as a chief accountant. 

So, my brother give me additional instruction and contract number also, for i can easily finished my profession chang & if any body can be do my this work i m ready for pay. Please

Yes it is necessary to complete 1 year.

Freedom you are correct. Batanguenya - You directed the proper and speedy way to get it accomplished. I did the same.

well explained by freedom...but I suggest let his company mandoob do all the processing since there he can talk with these guys specially if already he has established good relations with these people.... Good Luck!

Get Profession change application form and fill up with new profession along with company stamp and sponsor signature

1) Copy of Company computer Card and municipality certificate

2)Copy of Sponsor ID Card

3) Electricity bill

4) Your Education certificate Copy (Translated to arabic)

4) Bank Statement(6 months)

5) New three Labour Contract with new profession

6) Copy of Current Labour Contract

7) Your Passport and ID card copy

Go to labour department in the C Ring road near by American hospital, submit above papers. With the submission receipt and all of application forms, go to 3rd floor officer Mr Abdullah and get signed on the application form. (He will advise you if any changes is required on the application form)

After getting officer signature, Please go to the next building where new labour contracts are attesting, submit all of the papers along with the new contracts.

You will have to pay 50 or 60 QR for new labour contract attestation. After these steps you will have one attested new labour contract and the same previous submission receipt.

Now you wait for another 7 days , In the mean time get a new ID application form filled up and go to Garaffa immigration department building No 1, first floor , show your receipt , they will check and if your papers are arrived you will get one signed paper. With this paper, new ID card form and original passport submit in the ground floor where visa stamping on passport. Pay 300 QR then you will get visa stamped with new profession and ID card.
