How to get new visa when I was out of Qatar morethan a year my company did not cancelled my work permit.

Dear all I was out of Qatar morethan a year my company did not cancelled but visa expired and I would like to go back to the same company but unfortunetly company did not have visa. In this case what is the way to get renewed my visa (new approval from ministry)
your visa is automatically cancelled when you are out of the country for 6 months, your company can make it valid for 1 yr if they pay penalty after 6 months in immigration. since you're out for more than 1 year you need a company or relative to sponsor you because your previous visa is outdated and automatically cancelled by moi even your company didn't cancel it.
