You can get the visa on arrival. But it depends on the profession on your Qatari ID
1. Your Residence permit should have valid visa and your work category should carry either, Doctor, engineer, some manager or Accountant.
2. You should have minimum 3 months further valid residency permit.
3. Your passport should be valid atleast for another 6 months.
4. You should have return journey tickets and hotel booking ( sometime they may not ask)
