we are sri lankan & working here in qatar and we, husband & wife are here in qatar under two different sponsors.

what are the procedure to get a visa if she gives birth a child here in qatar?

means since we both are on two different sponsors.

under whose visa (husband's or wife's) the visa will be issued for new baby?

pls help

Its a MUST wife should be under Husband's sponsorship while giving birth to Baby! or else its illegal & there's a huge fine + consequences for it!

Consult a PRO or someone who knows Law ASAP!
