How long does an NOC take to process?

I'm from the Philippines and have been living in France for the past 4 years. My French husband is working in Qatar and has already obtained his RP, and has already submitted all the necessary papers for getting me a family visa. I wanted to know how long the processing time is for all the paperwork until I can finally get the family visa. Any ideas?

Actually I have a follow up question: for me to go to Qatar, am I waiting for an NOC (and will process my visa once entering Qatar) or will I be getting the family visa itself already?

Within 3-4 weeks u should be joining him in Qatar with visa

It takes anywhere between 1-3 weeks to get family visa depending on the company your husband is working for and the mandoob (govt. liaison officer) of his company.
