How many months ban for House Driver Visa?
I am on House Driver Visa, my boss told me that i have only 1 year contract but i don't want to renew i need to change into company visa, would it be possible? or i will be ban? if yes? how many months? i don't have labour contract bec. i am on house driver visa. Please advise.

So far I know that cannot change the personnel visa to the company. You have to cancel your current visa and get the NOC then enter with the new company visa. If you can't get NOC then you have to wait for 2 year to come back again. Check with your sponsor if he can do something on the changing..may be it work
