Can anybody tells me how much is the penalty for Family visit visa (brother sponsor) per day? I already subimitted all my documents to the company who hires me last Aug. 18 but still up to now my visa is not yet transfered. My visa is going to expire next week thats why I'm a little bit worried. I always follow ups from their HR who happens to be Indian Nationality but they always told me that its already under process. Can anybody advice me what to do?
