Dear friends,

my visa has expired on 25th of January 2012. and my company agree to give me a Release. and i got a offer with another company.

my question is, Should i renew my Work permit with my old sponsor and process for release? or without renew my work permit straight away can i transfer to my new sponsor?

Best to renew your RP with present sponsor. Expired RP is valid only up to 3 months with the present sponsor to renew, otherwise they pay penalty of QR 200 per day after the grace period.
