How to settle Personal Loan and Credit Card dues when employer terminated illegally and not giving NOC?

I was terminated from job after i complained to Qatar police about the fraud in our company.The company falsely informed the CID that i have run away after cancelling my residency when i was actually staying at the company accomodation then.
I stayed in deportation centre for 3 months and came out after a court gave bail as i have a personal loan and bank had filed case.
Now i have good job offers from big companies but previous sponsor is not giving NOC and he has already cancelled by residency after i filed compalint against the company to police.
Can i get a noc from NHRC as i have to pay my bank loan and i was just trying to help Qatar authorities in exposing the fraud?Please advise?

this is just sickining, in an eyeblick yuor life, career, everything can be ruined.
something needs to be done to solve this pathatic endless problems concerning the NOC.
a man must have the right to choose and steer his life the way he sees best.
expatriates, Indian embassy has nothing to do with this issue and will never interfere with the Qatari authorities…
avaneesh214, NHRC does NOT issue any NOC letters. What they can do is help you to obtain one from your previous sponsor. But with the big question mark. So all you can do is try your luck with Human Rights.
I suggest you better approach the Indian Embassy for help.
Only they will be able to help you and may be possibly take up the issue at the highest level and sort it out for you.
