How to transfer a sponsorship from work visa into family visa ?

I need to transfer my RP to my husband in order to obtain the birth certificate for my newborn, and I was wondering, what exactly needs to be done. Do I have to leave the country for that, or can that be done here ? Can somebody please give me the eact procedure to follow ? Many thanks in advance.

hi! i am just wodering why do you need to be under your husband's sponsorship just to obtain the birth certificate of your new born. I also gave birth here and under working visa yet i was able to get my newborn a birth certificate.
