I just want to ask what is the requirement for Husband Visa. My current marital status is Married already but in our passport still our Status is SINGLE, we just married few months back. My wife right now is in Dubai i would like to sponsor her.

what would be the requirements?

Im currently employed now but according to our PRO they will not allow me to get my wife because my contract to my company is for Single Accomodation not for family status.

I already told them that i will shoulder all the expenses for processing the visa but they refused. Do i need some documents for my company for the visa?

hope you could help me guys.

another thing is my wife already resigned to her work in dubai so im facing some problems now.

Since she resigned in her work in Dubai and she has 30 days only to stay in dubai after cancellation of visa, is it possible that she will come here in Qatar in visit visa while waiting for the husband visa?

your answers would be a great help for me...thanks

After you get the NOC, then u can proceed with these (but if your sponsor refused to give an NOC, forget about it):

1. Marriage Cert in Arabic (better you also have with you the original copy and English), so next next time if they ask you u have the documents ready bcoz laws are changing here in daily basis. Get of these (Arabic & English) attested in your Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Qatar Embassy in your country. Noted you have to pay for these services.

2. Copies of your passport and also your wife's passport.

3. Copy of your visa.

4. Copy of your Qatar ID.

5. 2 passport size photos of your wife.

6. I not sure about minimum salary requirement, some say QR4500 and the others say QR7000, u have to check with your sponsor.

7. 6 months bank statement.

8. Then, submit all of these docs to your sponsor and wait.
