husband visa to company visa

since the wife is under her husband's visa, all she needs is a no objection certificate from her husband, to transfer to company visa. of course, she needs to speak with her employer if they are willing to sponsor her. if she's working in one of the biggest company, then i would say, that should not be a problem.

procedure? i dont have details, but start with speaking with her employer about her situation, and am sure they will tell her all the things she needs to do. i am not sure about the requirement to undergo medical and all, so just have her ask her employer.

am sorry to hear about the husband's visa getting cancelled. but am sure there will be better options for him elsewhere. good luck.

can somebody help me on this, a friend posted me this email and would like to get help from us:

- she is working in one of the biggest company in qatar.

-she is a filipina.

-she is under her husband's visa.

-she have a daughter who just turned 1 this year and she is also under her husband's sponsorship.

- herhusband's employer told him that he might be released from the company soon which means he'll be cancelled as his company is not giving NOC to employees.

she wants to know if its possible to trasnfe her visa to company visa w/o travelling out of the country?

what are the procedure for tarnsfer sponsorship, does she need to undergo medical, cid and other tests as usual.
