Hello Sir

I came to India for emergency after I complete my vacation I asked for the ticket they said your contract will be expired soon so better you complete your 2 months vacation. I said ok then they said you have to come back by new contract I said okay but give me my settlement and my ticket Money they said ok we will provide it later . Now they are saying no need to come we don't want you anymore. What should I do now .. they are not even cancelling me

You'll have to wait a minimum of 2 years if you don't have an NOC.

However if your company has blacklisted you because you left without going through proper RP cancellation procedures, it's possible you won't be able to work in Qatar again ever.

Try to get the NOC or you will have to wait till March 2015 to get another work visa. 2 year ban is still there and there is nothing here like 6 months.

You must either have an NOC from your previous Sponsor or should wait for 2 years from the date of expiry of your visa as you did not cancel it.
