I resigned from work in doha but my RP was not cancelled. Can i get tourist visa without NOC?

I resigned from work in doha but my RP was not cancelled but a month after i left my RP also expired. Now, i want to go back to doha through tourist visa. Can i get tourist visa even without NOC? What is the best way i can visit doha since i did not complete the 2 years ban yet after i resigned. Please help. Thanks.

But i ask one travel agency in doha regarding getting tourist visa, they told me that i should have noc so that i can be issued tourist visa.

If your RP is expired,then you can come as a tourist but can not work,Doha is not close for you as a visit.Remeber BAN is for work Not for visiting.But remeber your RP must be expired,if not then on airport they will give you entry under your previous employer ,then after you will need exit permit from him
