i need from you one favour please guide me i will be very thankful to all .

currently im working in private company, im resigning my jobs april last so i am searching a good job in Qatar government sector i have experience of Senior Graphic Designer now 7 years in Doha, i can type english, arabic very speed typing.

so where i have to apply please help,

I would have to agree. It is a waste of time. You would have to waste a massive amount of time to get an in. There is no guarantee, finally the government is definitely going to favour incompetent locals over people with sterling credentials and actual experience.
