you can keep both of it. my wife has a working RP/visa in uae and i got her family RP/visa her in qatar and immigration do see it every time she travels from uae to doha vv but they didnt question it.

you can not keep it both if your RP's are both working visa. you are obliged to cancell one of it.

the only thing to keep your RP here in qatar valid is that you need to enter qatar every 6 months. you can delay it until 1 year but let your sponsor here in qatar go to the immigration to informed them that you will delay your entry to qatar. the immigration will ask for penalty fee of 500qr and you will be allowed to enter qatar after the period 6 months to 1 year but not morethan 1 year. if you delay it for a year you visa will be cancelled.

As per regulations among te GCC countries you are only allowed to have 1 (and only 1) RP/Valid visa.

If you get a VISA in UAE, by the time you go for stamping it on the passport they will ask you to cancel the one from Qatar.

However; I would suggest to you to do a search since this topic has had several discussions in the past in QL.

Regards!!
