yes you need an agency since it is required our stupid law in philippines as OFW. BUT, why are you paying for the placement fee??? you dont have to pay any placement fee... but you only need to process the poea and international accredited medical by the help of agency. thats all, you dont need to pay any placement fee thats a corruption.
