Hello Every one,

I am working here in Qatar for past two years.I recently got married & wish to bring my family with me.

My salary details are as bellow:-

Basic Salary:- QR 6000

Housing Allowance:- QR 2500

Accomodation provided by company.

Salary deposited to bank account & showing in bank statement is QR 8500.

I wish to bring her on family visit visa which is extendable up to six months first and then i want to convert it in to Residence permit that is family visa.

WIth this salary of QR 8500 is it possible to have RP?

Please your response will be highly appreciated.

Thank you,
Vinayak

Hi to All!!

I've been in Qatar for total of 12 years and worked with a company for last 4 years. I want to bring my wife to Qatar, am I eligible??

My salary is more than 7500 QR.

I work as Safety Officer and my contract says Safety Officer, but my profession on visa is Foreman.

I do have all documents required for family visa, but they are only stamped from MOFA of my home country. I do not have an emebassy here in Qatar, and therefore I don't have a stamp from Qatar MOFA.

Will there be any problems??

by immigration law, the sponsor should have a minimum of at least 7500 qr but 7000 usually gets approved as well

what if your Qatar ID is Engineer but only having a salary of 5000, Could I get a rp for my family?

First see what is the profession written in your Qatar ID. If it is anything other than Labourer.. then ask your company to provide you necessary NOC and other required certificate like Labour Contract, Salary Certificate etc.. and if there is a PRO in your company, ask him to submit your application for a RP directly instead of visit visa.

I'm afraid it's pegged to your base salary which is only 6000.

Please check your rp (id) what is written there? if there is mentioned labor then even your salary is 15,000 you won't get visa....make sure you have something good designation on your qatar id, it depened on your qatar id status

Yes, honda is right. Why going for visit visa first. You must be having 6 months bank statement by now. Apply for family residence visa directly.
