Immigration

Hi guys, could you help me? I was worked at Qatar just for 11 months, I got terminated. Then my visa had canceled last year. Is it true that I got ban for 2 years eventhough I was clear employee, I didn't do crime, I didn't have loan at bank? Some people say that it isn't a must to wait for 2 years, because I'm clear. Did immigration still keep my data, that I had been worked last year at Qatar? Should I tell to the present company hired me, that I had been worked at Qatar last year? thanks guys!!

amirdodo, you are wrong. The automatic ban of 2 years is applicable for all nationality and occupation in absence of NOC from employer.

If your previous company hasn't provided you with NOC, it means you are banned for 2 years. This ban has nothing to do with your clean record. After completing 2 years outside Qatar, you can come back for work again.

I think its better that you tell the current company that hired you about this. They will come to know of that anyway while processing your papers for RP. If told, they may be able to secure NOC for you from your previous employer.
